We are in search of an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant to join our CEO Administration Team in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the VP, Operations and is responsible for high quality administrative support for senior level executives. This role acts as a primary liaison between executives, staff members, clients, and external stakeholders, handling operational and other communications.

After an initial in-office training period, this position is eligible for workplace flexibility and a one-time home office stipend. Employees are expected to continue working from their office location a minimum of 60% of the time.

Compensation Information

The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is:

Executive Assistant
Typical starting range: $58,500 - $80,500
Full base salary range: $58,500 - $88,200
Annual performance-based incentive target is 8% of base.

Senior Executive Assistant
Typical starting range: $64,600 - $89,300
Full base salary range: $64,600 - $97,500
Annual performance-based incentive target is 10% of base.

Job Requirements

  • Provide administrative support for executive staff including but not limited to managing calendars, coordinating agendas, managing ongoing projects with designated timelines, scheduling travel, managing expense reports, and other general clerical tasks.
  • Manage workflows to determine priorities, ensure appropriate time allocation for team and organization projects, and coordinate follow up items and deliverables.
  • Coordinate calls and leadership meetings, ensure a high level of customer service and product quality based on established standards, and establish systems to monitor results and articulate accountabilities.
  • Coordinate budgeting and tracking process for public relations, advertising, and corporate giving expenditures in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
  • Assist in developing reports and presentations by obtaining, analyzing, and interpreting loan portfolio and other data as well as creating data tables, charts, and graphs.
  • Serve as recording secretary for various committees and/or meetings as requested.
  • Assist in policy and procedure creation, coordinate publishing and communication as requested.
  • Assist in reporting responsibilities including consolidating Leadership feedback and updating tracking spreadsheets.
  • Assist in updating intranet pages and other communication channels in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
  • Act on behalf of executives for regulatory reviews.
  • Coordinate division communications and plan meetings and events as needed.
  • Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business administration, english, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Generally, requires at least three years directly related and relevant experience supporting senior level executives
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams with proven success participating in multiple Teams across various divisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with a wide range of roles and personalities
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and good judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, think strategically and work proactively on a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with broad direction of objectives and expected outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to gain trust and confidence among key stakeholders
  • Experience developing, organizing, and coordinating projects and events

Preferred Requirements

  • 5 years or more years of directly related and relevant experience supporting senior level executives
