Position Summary: As Manager, Communications, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy that helps IT & Digital Americas (AMS) bring its mission to life and showcase its unique role in driving marketplace success to create a competitive edge. A key priority is to enhance the reputation of the organization as a business innovator and thought leader. You will contribute to building a cohesive and high-performing culture where employees feel inspired, empowered, and valued, and where they can thrive in their careers. The Communications Manager will work to develop and deliver impactful, strategic communications to key stakeholder groups with the goal to inform, inspire,and engage the organization behind the power of technology as the "first solve." You will collaborate with IT & Digital AMS colleagues and other business and communications partners to ensure your strategies and deliverables align with the priorities of the IT & Digital AMS organization, AMS business and global IT teams, and Nestle.

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
