The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key leadership role in advancing UVA Health's mission by overseeing both operational and strategic recruitment efforts across a range of departments. Reporting to the Health System Director of Talent Acquisition, this role manages a high-performing team of recruiters and serves as a trusted partner to Health System leaders across the University. The Manager plays a key role in building a workforce that advances world-class patient care, research, and education by driving data-informed hiring strategies, ensuring compliance with University and regulatory policies, and promoting UVA as an employer of choice through innovative sourcing and branding efforts. This position is based in Charlottesville, VA, and is eligible for a hybrid schedule, with periodic on-Grounds presence required to build relationships and support client needs, in accordance with UVA's remote work guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization. This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally requires traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The anticipated hiring range is $115,000 - $145,000, commensurate with education and experience. This is an exempt-level, benefited position. Learn more about UVA benefits.
