Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Integration, this role will be supporting M&A integration projects. This is a relationship role, requiring the ability to build strong relationships with new leaders, teams, and associates while maintaining composure in navigating deadlines and any last-minute project changes.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Works with project team to drive accuracy of report outs and monitors overall health of projects.
  • Work with project team to identify problems and develop solutions through resolution.
  • Compile necessary content regularly for status updates and reporting.
  • Review, track, and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends.
  • Participate in or lead daily, weekly, or monthly meetings.
  • Provide updates and follow-up with team members for outstanding items or issues.
  • Review plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule; resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.
  • Identifies any specific areas for increased focus and communication to team.
  • Work with finance team, including FP&A, for certification of project data.
  • Provide tracking and reporting of KPI progress on projects.
  • Identifies specific areas for increased focus and communication.
  • Opportunities for continued mentorship and future growth leading some M&A deals.

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally, 3+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
  • Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project leadership, relationship building, and customer focused
  • Understanding of change management fundamentals as it pertains to people engagement during the lifecycle of a project.
  • A PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role.
  • 3+ years of experience in working with cross functional teams.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Finance, Operations, or Information Technology role.
  • Experience with Project Management tools: Excel, MS Project, and or Smartsheets as an example.
  • Need to be able to travel between 25% and 50% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
