Job Title: Financial Services Specialist (Part time) Location: Richmond, VA 23227 Pay Rate: $22 to $25 /hr. without benefits Duration: Contract- This is a short-term assignment, expected to last 90 to 120 days, starting mid-July. BG Check Required: Yes Job Description: Asset Inventory & Mapping: Identifying, cataloging, and maintaining records of telecom and infrastructure assets (e.g., circuits, servers, routers, data centers, cloud resources) to ensure accurate billing. Cost Allocation: Associating telecom and infrastructure expenses with specific business units, departments, or projects to allocate costs appropriately. Invoice Analysis & Verification: Reviewing telecom and infrastructure invoices to ensure charges align with usage reports and expected costs, and identifying discrepancies, duplicate charges, or unauthorized fees. Dispute Resolution: Working with the service provider to resolve disputes, request refunds, or correct mischarges. Reporting & Documentation: Preparing detailed reports on billing trends and discrepancies. Process Improvement: Recommending ways to improve the reconciliation process efficiency. Supporting other fiscal-related projects as needed. Remarks: Duration: This is a short-term assignment, expected to last 90 to 120 days, starting mid-July. Working Hours:20 - 25 hours per week (Part-Time).
