to support essential administrative functions within the Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) departments. If you're detail-oriented and ready to bring structure to a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $21.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift - Day Shift, Monday through Friday

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Maintain and update A/P vendor files weekly
  • Organize and file administrative documents and reports daily
  • Ensure accurate labeling and storage of financial records
  • Rotate and archive files according to document retention policies
  • Assist in preparing vouchers and mailing A/P checks
  • Handle internal and external correspondence
  • Report discrepancies to the Accounting Manager
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned



What You Bring:



  • Knowledge of basic filing systems and record-keeping practices
  • Proficient in alphabetical filing and basic Microsoft Word
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically able to lift and move standard file boxes (e.g., banker's boxes)
