As a Business Transformation Project Manager, you will orchestrate and deliver major cross-functional business transformation initiatives within The Cianbro Companies. This role will ensure alignment between solutions and business objectives, particularly in the context of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementations and other enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale business transformation projects involving multiple cross-functional activities and work streams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, governance teams, and IT teams to define project scope and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Drive decision making and activities to assure forward progress against milestones.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks across multiple departments.
- Ensure alignment of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM initiatives with business transformation goals.
- Facilitate change management and stakeholder engagement across the enterprise.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, maintain critical path objectives, analyze results, identify problem areas, and assist the business in devising contingency plans.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, and risk.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure successful delivery. Oversee the overall implementation of major technology initiatives within the business.
- Define, schedule, manage, and track project expectations, responsibilities, scope, timelines, milestones, and tasks in collaboration with partners, teams, stakeholders, and leaders.
- Effectively communicate project developments and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships at project, department, and company level.
- Prepare and maintain complete and accurate project documentation, notes, and artifacts.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, related fields, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years proven experience in leading large-scale enterprise IT implementations and transformations, including ERP and HCM.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communications skills.
- Ability to persuade, motivate, and maintain positive engagement of project team, stakeholders, and IT across multiple projects and over long project timelines.
- Flexible, adaptable, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with others in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and enterprise architecture is a plus.
- PMBOK, PMP, CAPM, or related credentials and certification desired.
