EMPLOYER: Delta Dental Insurance Company

TITLE: Senior Data Governance Analyst

Location: 1130 Sanctuary Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Telecommuting permissible from any location within US.

Salary Range: $134,493 - $161,000/yr

Job Description: Utilize Collibra and other Data Governance tools to design and build operating models, metamodels, and customize dashboards and widgets. Implement out-of-the-box and custom workflows using Eclipse and Groovy scripting to automate Data Governance processes. Configure and implement Collibra SaaS solutions, including Metadata Connectors, Technical Harvesters, ETL, and Reporting Connectors. Implement end-to-end Data Lineage and ensure compliance with Data Governance policies, standards, processes, and controls. Provide training and mentoring for Data Stewards and support the adoption of new Collibra processes. Act as a subject matter expert on Collibra, sharing best practices with clients and internal teams. Design and configure Metamodel reflecting the organization's data assets and metadata asset model. Develop training materials, use case documentation, and implementation specifications. Contribute to data projects such as Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Lakes. Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand strategy and requirements. Telecommuting permissible from any location within US.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Utilize Collibra and other Data Governance tools to design and build operating models, metamodels, and customize dashboards and widgets;
  2. Implement both out-of-the-box and custom workflows using Eclipse and Groovy scripting to automate Data Governance processes;
  3. Configure and implement Collibra SaaS solutions, including Metadata Connectors, Technical Harvesters, ETL, and Reporting Connectors;
  4. Implement end-to-end Data Lineage and ensuring compliance with Data Governance policies, standards, processes, and controls;
  5. Design and configure Metamodels that reflect the organization's data assets and metadata asset model;
  6. Data projects such as Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Lakes.


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering (Any) and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Collibra SME and Data Governance or job offered.

Base Pay Information

The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.

Pay Grade 21. $134,493 - $161,000
