We are looking for a strategic, creative, and fan-obsessed Audience Development Manager to lead our fan engagement and direct-to-consumer (D2C) efforts. This person will be responsible for growing and nurturing fanbases, designing campaigns that drive loyalty, and overseeing physical product and merchandise initiatives.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute audience development strategies across digital platforms to grow fan communities.
  • Design and implement fan engagement initiatives (e.g., newsletters, social activations, fan clubs, exclusive content, experiential campaigns).
  • Collaborate with artists and teams to build tailored D2C campaigns around physical releases and merch drops.
  • Analyze fan behavior and campaign performance to optimize results and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of trends in fan engagement, e-commerce, and fan loyalty programs.


Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in audience development, fan engagement, digital marketing, or D2C strategy (preferably in music or entertainment).
  • Deep understanding of fan culture, music audiences, and community building.
  • Strong project management skills and experience running cross-functional campaigns.
  • Passion for physical music formats (vinyl, CDs, collectibles) and music merchandise.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.


Nice to Have:



  • Experience working directly with artists or artist management.
  • Knowledge of international music markets and multilingual fanbases.
