What you'll be doing...Verizon's Responsible Business team acts as strategic advisors to Verizon business units and corporate groups, assisting them in adopting and implementing responsible business strategies and social innovation practices. Social innovation practices leverage our unique company products, expertise, and assets to create programs to drive both business growth and societal impact. Verizon has a goal to support 1M small business owners by 2030 with tools to thrive in the digital economy. Verizon Small Business Digital Ready is a free online platform to support small business owners with the skills to help them thrive in the digital world through courses, expert coaching, peer networking opportunities, product discounts and exclusive grant opportunities. Through our digital platform, we provide a personalized user experience, and offer high-touch customer support and advising. Since launch in September 2021, nearly 500,000 entrepreneurs have on-boarded to Small Business Digital Ready. Partnerships are a critical component of Small Business Digital Ready's success, including relationships with leading national non-profits, mission-driven organizations and local community-based business support organizations. This position will be responsible for partnership strategy and relationship management and customer support.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $86,000.00 - $150,000.00.
