What you'll be doing...Must be a current participant of the Department of Defense Skillbridge Program or of the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program. We are looking for a motivated individual to manage consumer individual rights requests on the privacy compliance operations team. The individual must have knowledge of data privacy laws, strong program & project management capabilities, and some operations experience. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and administration of data privacy operations functions related to consumer file download requests, tracking/validation of requests, and releasing validated files to consumers. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to develop & document privacy operations processes, manage the testing and validation of customer files, manage privacy download issues, and the build & maintenance of the personally identifiable information data dictionary. Privacy operations is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of consumer download files within legal guidelines. The Privacy Operations candidate will be a part of a team that performs Program Management/Scrum Master activities and collaborates on third-party integrations with the Verizon Privacy Dashboard. This team also works closely with Privacy Legal Partners & the Third-Party team to identify third-party vendor's data requiring integration into the Verizon Privacy Dashboard and the validation of their data elements for the distribution of consumer file requests. The teams exhibit excellent meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to produce appropriate meeting documentation and follow-up on any open items resulting from the meeting.
