Job Summary

The Identity and Access Management Analyst will be responsible for managing user identities to support business functions. As a part of the global Identity team, the analyst is responsible for the lifecycle, provisioning, security and entitlement of company-issued identities, including the standards and procedures used to govern those identities. This role focuses on ensuring the right person has the right access to business applications, data and systems. Additionally, the analyst will operate across various Identity platforms using defined procedures aligned with industry best practices governing identities to ensure the security of the identities and reduce risk to the organization.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supports and manages the complete lifecycle of user identities, including onboarding and offboarding user accounts across various systems and applications (e.g., Okta, Active Directory, cloud platforms, business applications).
  • Administers and enforces access controls, including roles, permissions, and groups, to ensure users have appropriate access to resources based on their job functions and the principle of least privilege
  • Participates in access reviews to validate access privileges and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues, including credential issues, access problems, licensing and provisioning/deprovisioning
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for IAM processes, procedures, configurations, and user guides
  • Ensures adherence to established IAM policies, standards, and best practices
  • Assists with the administration and maintenance of IAM tools and platforms (Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory, PAM solution)
  • Generates reports on user access, system activity, and security incidents for auditing and compliance purposes
  • Works closely with IT, security, and business teams to provide appropriate access for a given use-case
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience working with user account lifecycle management
  • Some experience with Identity & Access Management platforms (eg. Okta, Entra ID)
  • Strong understanding of 'principle of least privilege' related to access management
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills.
  • Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks, issues or tickets.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to function well on a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred in IT-related field
  • Experience administering Identity platforms (eg. Okta, Ping, One Identity, MS Entra ID)
  • Experience with user lifecycle administration and automation
  • Experience with Single Sign-On concepts and configurations
  • Strong critical thinking
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills.
  • Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks, issues or tickets.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to function well on a team
