Description Core Responsibilities: Verify schedules, addressing issues such as missing clock-ins/outs and timesheet inconsistencies (3-4 hours daily). Manually enter data for travel time, sick time, and other exceptions, with consistent follow-ups with coordination departments and union representatives. Process and prepare payrolls, particularly during high-volume periods (Monday-Wednesday), managing 200+ timesheets and 200-300 exceptions weekly. Handle approximately 20-30 escalated calls per week, ensuring clear communication and resolution. Collaborate with Coordinating Supervisors to investigate and resolve overages, incorrect timekeeping, and billing concerns. Assist in tax-related inquiries (e.g., W-2s) during influx periods. Skills Payroll, Reporting, homecare, billing, Excel Top Skills Details Payroll,Reporting,homecare,billing Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare administration Proficiency in using electronic medical billing software and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience Level* Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
