As theWater Group Lead in South Division, you will champion our PRIDE values and foster a collaborative, innovative culture. Your role involves driving business development by generating project leads, building client relationships and winning work, as well as leading project work to ensure high-quality deliverables, and managing Water staff across the South Division. This is a unique opportunity to work with our Water Market and Practice Leads to leverage our existing Water presence and help build Mott MacDonald's brand visibility and market share across the South Division, initially focused on the Florida/Georgia marketplace. You will be a visible leader within our offices and an ambassador for the Mott MacDonald brand both internally and externally, prioritizing a positive culture in the face of continued growth within the Unit. You will oversee resource planning, hiring, and succession planning, while ensuring compliance with quality assurance, health and safety, and ethical standards. Talent identification and recruitment is a primary objective of this role, onboarding high potential candidates with strong water technical skills and local area relationships that can help grow our market share, brand visibility and delivery capabilities. This position requires strategic alignment with the North American and East Unit Strategic Plan and active participation in divisional operations. You will create a culture of excellence and innovation, pursue business opportunities, manage and support staff, collaborate with other Group leads, and ensure effective resource utilization. Additionally, you will lead the hiring of new staff, participate in divisional operations, and provide visible leadership both internally and externally. Key Accountabilities and KPIs
