We are seeking resumes for a Maintenance Planner at our Jackson, AL facility.

Principle Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing services required for timely maintenance and economical repair of all paper machine equipment plans, estimates and occasionally supervises all maintenance work in area of responsibility. Identifies staffing and training needs, materials and special equipment to execute from conception to completion. Incumbent performs all of the above in a professional manner to continually promote and plan effective utilization of workforce, materials and machinery. Incumbent rotation between planner and supervisor tasks is determined by business needs. As needs arise, the incumbent may be required to perform tasks of both planner and supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:

High school minimum with 8-10 years related maintenance experience or degreed engineer with 1-3 years related experience. Requires knowledge of paper machine operations. Electrical background with knowledge of blueprints, material specifications and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be well organized, self-starting and committed to Total Quality. Must be willing and able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed.
