Advantage Technical is seeking a Machine Learning Development Engineer to join a groundbreaking team supporting the development of life-changing medical devices. If you're passionate about AI, innovation, and improving healthcare outcomes, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

Pay Rate: Up to $37.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Develop machine learning models for the AVVIGO+ guidance system
  • Organize, clean, and augment medical imaging datasets
  • Train, fine-tune, and validate ML models for classification and segmentation
  • Work closely with ML scientists, algorithm engineers, and data engineers
  • Maintain a strong focus on patient safety and product quality in all deliverables



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in ML model development
  • Hands-on experience with image processing and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, SciPy)
  • Experience developing ML models for medical imaging
  • Knowledge of computer vision concepts
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Docker, and Python-based repositories
  • Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
