Description
Purpose: While projecting a professional image, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of the nCino application. This role will ensure optimal performance of nCino, as well as user satisfaction and alignment with business processes in a financial services environment. Essential Functions:
- Ensure that interactions with Bankers in person, by telephone, or electronically meet or exceed Bank standards as identified in the Serve Like Family Playbook.
- Attends required staff, sales, and training meetings.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and system administrator for the nCino application.
- Maintain and configure nCino and Salesforce to meet evolving business needs, including flow automations, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and user profiles.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
- Collaborate with business units (e.g., lending, operations, credit risk) to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, support user questions, and coordinate with internal teams and nCino Support to find resolutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new nCino
- Support data integrity, system documentation, and user training as needed
- Assist with integrations, sandbox management, and release readiness planning
- Recommend best practices for configuration, scalability, and user experience
- Demonstrates teamwork within the department and bank wide.
- Shows willingness to help co-workers with tasks outside of job responsibilities.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Salesforce certification preferred or a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce configuration experience
- Possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma Driver's License
