Job Title: Document Processing Specialist

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
This detail-oriented individual will work in our operations hub behind the scenes to support front line activities; ensure proper documentation is received, process/work reports, and provide research to help our business run smoothly. Our learning approach is hands-on, where you are able to work alongside your fellow team members to observe and ask questions. This role offers great insight into the world of banking and can build a strong foundation for a career in financial services.

What You'll Do:

The primary focus of the Document Processing Specialist is to support branch personnel and back-end processes. Primary tasks include; scanning of physical documents for digital archive, printing and mailing instant issue check cards, monitoring safe deposit box reports for past due items, and managing the escheatment process. Other duties include assisting the team in the research, documentation, standardization, and measurement of key business processes. You will assist in monitoring of multiple reports with responsibility to work them within certain timeframes. You will serve as a back-up to the mailroom when needed, and must be open to learning additional responsibilities as your tenure increases. While this role is not client facing, it is critical for you to maintain confidentiality and respect for our customers, as well as your co-workers.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor degree in business related field
  • Moderate or better skills in Excel
  • General banking knowledge, and/or professional office setting
