The Agency Insights and Analytics Team is seeking a talented, high-energy individual with a unique blend of technical and analytical skills, industry knowledge, and deep cross-team collaboration experience. This individual will work closely with the team lead to develop a data and business intelligence strategy for the team, while also managing these assets as "analytics products"- this includes documentation and oversight of our digital assets, intake and requirements gathering for new analytics efforts, solution design and integration of new capabilities into the existing product suite, and ongoing management and prioritization of the product backlog. This individual would also be expected to develop new data and BI assets, as well as utilize existing products to derive actionable insights and distill them into sleek, C-suite-ready presentations.
Pay Transparency Salary Range:$85,000-$145,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
