Description

Under the direction of the Treasury Management Operations Manager, participates in the development and implementation of critical projects, processes, and systems for the division. Provides day-to-day coordination of Treasury Management Operations activities, system updates, providing reporting, and performing audits.

Essential Functions:



  • Development and review of procedures on existing and new Treasury Management services.
  • Participates in and coordinates projects designed to enhance productivity and implementation of new software and procedures. Communicates procedural changes related to application and systems updates to ensure smooth adoption and alignment.
  • Performs internal audits to ensure accuracy within the reporting systems.
  • Participates in developing report controls and conducts internal audits consistent with these controls.
  • Timely and accurately provides business reporting to managers consistent with identified needs.
  • Participates in system parameter updates which impact operational workflows, provides support to staff, and participates in testing, product support and development.
  • Coordinates with outside departments to solve technical problems of an operational nature.
  • Coordinates the distribution of external/internal policy and procedures.
  • Perform compliance and risk management duties as required or assigned.
  • Assists in achieving goals to meet service level agreements, department goals and budget goals.
  • Regular, reliable attendance is required.


Qualifications:



  • Preferred 5+ years Treasury Management sales, operations, or support/implementation experience.
  • Demonstrates organizational and analytical skills, strategic thinking and ability to work collaboratively or independently.
  • Strong knowledge of banking Products and Services.
  • Strong detail orientation with high level of organizational skills and ability to multi-task and managing interruptions with multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative; ability to work well both independently and with others.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service to clients in a deadline driven environment under the direction of management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work additional hours as required by operational and production workloads.


Compensation: $25.60 - $38.40 per hour

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
