Job Description: Lead Operations IT Analyst

Ecolab Digital is seeking a Lead Operations IT Analyst to lead the Support function for Infios/Koerber Warehouse Advantage and Labor Management systems.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and provide service desk support to our end users
  • Be on call for severe problems, lead the determination and resolution
  • Incident Management -Error Monitoring and Triage (internally and externally)
  • Standard Service Management -Security administration -Application Configuration (WH, users, location, etc.)
  • Operational Activity Management -Performance Monitoring, Monitoring of Database Connectivity Issues, Data Reprocessing
  • Knowledge Management, User training and functional support - on user errors to fix the process. Knowledge documentation (KBAs)
  • Ecolab Infrastructure Support (Warehouse connections, local printers, handhelds, etc.)
  • Use analytical skills to determine problems and recommend/make corrections
  • Creates and modifies production code to resolve issues via our SDLC process
  • Work with the Ecolab development teams on fixes and new features
  • Use your senior level development skills in SQL Architect and Page Editor to improve our Infios solution capability or stability

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8 years of supporting Koerber implementations, users and development teams
  • 8 years of experience with Koerber WMS configuration, testing and development (SQL, Architect and Page Editor)
  • 6 years of experience with SQL Development in complex processes
  • 3 years of experience with Architect and Page Editor
  • 3 years' experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT
  • Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, or related discipline
  • Excellent functional knowledge of supply chain and warehousing processes
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems and WMS industry. Must be trained in Koerber.
  • Atleast handled 2 prior implementation projects / support on Koerber/Infios WMS
  • Strong analytical skills using data
  • Query and report development expertise
  • Ability to mesh business requirements and system capabilities to drive improvements
  • Ability to triage issues with other teams like ERP, Integration, Network, etc.
  • Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
  • Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
