Ecolab is seeking an Associate Logistics Analyst to join its logistics department. Under the direction of logistics leadership, you will be an analytical problem-solver, accountable for supporting processes with proven data collection and analysis skills. What You Will Do:
- Foster clear communication with your team and internal contacts to address service related interests.
- Develop close relationships with key vendors concerning contract terms, payments and service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and perform various logistics activities such as account management, database maintenance, replenishment and inventory forecasting, shortage resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution and exception management activities.
- Manage quality, service and cost metrics. Regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements.
Position Details: Candidate must reside in: Pittsburgh, PA or commutable distance Work week and shift: M-F 7:30am-4pm Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous work experience in logistics, transportation, operations or a related field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation or a related field of study
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
- SAP experience
- Previous project management experience
- Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $56,200.00 - $84,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
