Enterprise Integrated & Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Integrated & Field Marketing Manager to drive comprehensive marketing initiatives that bridge digital and field marketing strategies for enterprise clients. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns while leading field marketing efforts including events, regional campaigns, and sales enablement activities to accelerate enterprise sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies that combine digital and field marketing tactics for enterprise audiences
  • Create multi-channel marketing campaigns that seamlessly integrate online and offline touchpoints
  • Align marketing initiatives with regional sales objectives and territory-specific goals
  • Manage campaign budgets across digital and field marketing activities to maximize ROI
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives with high-value enterprise prospects
  • Coordinate marketing qualified lead (MQL) handoff processes and follow-up strategies

Field Marketing & Regional Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute field marketing programs including trade shows, conferences, executive roundtables, and customer events
  • Coordinate with regional sales managers to identify market opportunities and develop targeted field marketing strategies
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and event partners

Event Marketing & Experience Management

  • Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for enterprise-focused events and activations
  • Develop event marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline and strengthen customer relationships
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and cross-functional team coordination

Digital Marketing Integration

  • Integrate field marketing activities with digital marketing campaigns for maximum impact
  • Coordinate social media and content marketing efforts around field marketing events
  • Implement lead capture and nurturing processes for field marketing generated leads
  • Optimize digital touchpoints to support field marketing conversion goals

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms for integrated and field marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing attribution
  • Analyze field marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Present marketing insights and ROI analysis to senior leadership and sales teams
  • Track and report on pipeline contribution and revenue attribution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales teams to align field marketing efforts with sales objectives
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials
  • Partner with customer success teams on customer events and expansion marketing programs
  • Coordinate with creative teams for event materials and field marketing collateral
  • Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing with significant field marketing experience
  • 5+ years of Account-based Marketing experience & target account strategies
  • Proven track record of successful field marketing program management and execution
  • Experience in B2B cybersecurity enterprise software marketing preferred
  • Strong background in event planning and execution
  • Experience with trade show management and exhibition planning
  • Knowledge of venue sourcing, vendor management, and event logistics

Core Competencies

  • Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and complex buying processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation capabilities
  • Experience with customer advisory boards and executive roundtable programs
  • Ability to travel frequently (30-40%) for events and field marketing activities
  • Budget management experience with proven ability to maximize ROI
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Collaborative mindset with proven cross-functional working experience

The base pay range for this position is from $90,000-110,000 annually; the base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position will be eligible for our annual bonus program.
