| Position Description As a Senior Demand Planner, your role will be to develop and present the unconstrained demand plan in accordance with the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process calendar. You will use sales history and demand planning software to generate statistical models that predict future demand. This role can be remote for candidates based in the Greater Atlanta, GA area.#LI-LB1You will do this by: 
    Driving sales demand analytics and developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for for one or more business unitsReviewing historical sales trends, researching market demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast resultsWorking closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance, coordinates cross-functional reconciliation activities on significant variances and refines the forecast model to reflect updated assumptionsIdentifying gaps to the Annual Operating Plan identifies competitor dynamics and other external factors that may impact demandDocumenting and retaining history of planning assumptionsDeveloping metrics to monitor forecast errors at all levels of the process and ensuring root-cause analysis and corrective actions are completedFacilitating monthly operational demand forecast planning process for multiple business unitsUnderstanding how environmental factors, market dynamics, competitors and internal programs or overrides generate the need to adjust the mathematical forecastPerforming some lead responsibilities which may include: training, assigning and/or reviewing work, providing guidance and overseeing work flow of unitPerforming other duties as assignedYou are the type of person who is/has:
