Growth Marketing Manager - 5+ years experience

Customer Lifecycle Marketing Team

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.


Summary

We're seeking a driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to support initiatives on the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, focusing on acquisition and activation across multiple services. This role plays a key part in developing and executing on-device and email campaigns that drive growth through innovative strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decisions.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5-10 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing
  • Passion for entertainment, media, or digital services with a strong foundation in multi-channel marketing strategy
  • Proficient in campaign management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Apple software (Keynote, Pages, Numbers), and familiar with performance analytics and customer segmentation strategies
  • Familiar with lifecycle marketing platforms, behavioral targeting, and audience personalization
  • Skilled in collaborating with creative, legal, strategy, PR, and cross-functional partners
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and stakeholder input
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter, proactive, organized, and highly accountable with excellent project management skills


Job Description

In this role, you will drive acquisition and winback marketing through coordinated campaigns across email and on-device messaging.

You'll partner with strategy, creative, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver personalized, segmented messaging experiences. This includes campaign planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, and creative QA.

You will also manage campaign timelines, intake and change requests, build trackers and presentations for reporting, and help identify and address operational roadblocks. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth campaign execution and supporting the team's success through strategic and tactical contributions.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Background in digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle strategy, or consumer engagement

This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (onsite presence as needed)

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $70.00 - $73.00 per hour

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
