Job Description About the Job:
As a CRM Strategy Supervisor, you'll develop and execute innovative customer relationship management strategies, supporting brand objectives and customer engagement. Applying an EDI mindset, you'll analyze customer data, personalize experiences, and optimize campaigns across channels. Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll stay abreast of industry trends and drive business success.
A Day in the Life:
*Manage day-to-day CRM activity and deliverables for assigned client accounts.
*Develop tailored CRM plans, message maps, and strategies aligning with brand goals.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing CRM expertise and best practices.
*Design and execute test-and-learn plans, optimizing campaign performance.
*Partner with MarTech and Data Intelligence teams on campaign execution and reporting.
*Stay current with innovative technologies, AI platforms, and 3rd-party partnerships enhancing CRM efficiency and customer experiences. What you'll need:
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts, English, Advertising or Pharma (preferred).
*3+ years of CRM experience (preferred).
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
*Excellent presentation and communication skills, internal and external.
*Effective project management abilities with prioritization and collaboration skills.
*Strategic mindset and the ability to foster collaborative environments, talent growth and efficient time management. Salary
90000 - 120000 The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
