What you will be doing

As one of the Leaders for our Transfer Agency business in North America, you will significantly contribute to the long-term strategy for the business. You will help both drive growth objectives in terms of new client acquisition and bringing new products to market, as well as ensuring that we continue to deliver and evolve our existing services, and deepening key client relationships.

The position will manage a small direct team, with matrixed responsibility interlinking with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Client Experience, Technology & Product, as well as corporate functions.

Reporting directly to the SVP Group Executive - Global Transfer Agency, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at an exciting time as we look to execute upon our ambitious growth plans.

* Collaborate with the sales team on solution scoping and positioning of our International Transfer Agency offering for prospective clients in close collaboration with our services, technology, and corporate functions.

* Work with our finance team on compiling revenue and expense models for new opportunities to ensure that the Transfer Agency business is achieving or exceeding its annual revenue and margin expansion objectives
* Identify and recommend cost-saving and continuous process improvement initiatives. Partner with the technology and services teams to establish, agree on and execute on annual continued process improvement program plans with the objective of improving services quality and efficiencies
* Provide executive leadership oversight for new client onboardings, key conversions or client escalations
* Establish, prepare and lead regular client calls from weekly touchpoints to quarterly steering committee meetings as required across the International Transfer Agency client base, including presenting and reviewing SLA and other performance metrics with clients
* Encourage inter-team, inter-department and inter-organizational team work to accomplish goals and objectives

What you bring

* Successful Asset Servicing leadership experience, preferably Transfer Agency specific, with a deep understanding of the markets across the Americas.
* Ability to apply Industry expertise and market intelligence to development and execution of business plans
* Team player/coach experience working in and leading through a matrix organization
* Strong business acumen, successful negotiation skills, and strategic networking savvy to build and achieve overall revenue objectives
* Outstanding executive presence & executive communication
* Ability to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $116,780.00 - $192,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
