JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of the Oracle Analyst- HCM position is to be part of our strategic implementation project team. This position will be expected to work very closely with subject matter experts, and IT to support the implementation. Oracle Analyst- HCM will evaluate, document, and communicate requirements to the project team. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Assist with the development and support of solutions for HR processes. Excellent knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) applications including Core HT, Talent and Workforce Compensation. Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes/ systems/ technologies. Defines functional and system requirements. Compose and develop materials such as Presentations, Meeting materials and Best Practices documents. Ability to lead demos on content to management as needed. Develop standard operating procedures. Familiarity with software development and support methodologies. Researching, designing, configuring, testing, documenting, and managing the implementation of system changes. Maintain and support HR applications; ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and auditing data flow and troubleshooting issues. Assist in creating useful tools, reports, and methods for HR subject matter experts to execute their respective functions. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM system (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, HCM Analytics, Time and Labor and Payroll). Regression test and validate key processes in advance of production release, mitigate any issues found to minimize impact on the business, work with Oracle Support to research and resolve identified issues. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application upgrades/fix. Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS The qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications. Education, Training, Certifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, required. Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements: Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies, preferred. Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize, preferred. Communication Skills: Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers. Systems and Software Skills: 5-10 years of experience as an analyst working with similar Human Capital Management/ Human Resource Management systems, required. Analyst experience using other Oracle products, strongly preferred. Experience with system integrations, strongly preferred. Highly Proficient with Excel including pivot tables, V-look ups, etc. PowerBI experience, ideal. Data Visualization Experience, preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Visio skills and experience documenting HR processes, ideal. Other Qualifications: Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required. Must be able to comply with SFPH's Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement Occasional travel required, up to 30%.
