We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer II to join our ACCTING AND ADMIN Team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID ONSITE/Hybrid (4-day in office/1 day optional remote). Ideal for a tech leader capable of managing a team of developers with strong experience in full-stack software development, AI/ML integration and large-scale solution delivery in the financial services sector. Candidate must be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems where analysis requires evaluation of existing state of applications and maintaining business continuity while delivering new features. The successful candidate will be an experienced, results-oriented, visionary developer and a team leader who is able to serve our clients by developing and modernizing applications. Candidate is expected to have a complete understanding of software engineering principles and execute full lifecycle software development. Candidate must be able to lead their team and partner closely with other IT leads & managers, Product Owners and Business Analysts in solutioning real problems and be able to effectively make and communicate technical decisions made. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work under minimal supervision, meet objectives using good judgment and techniques In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
