Job Summary

The Program Manager III leads cross-functional programs that span departments such as Accounting, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Facilities. This role ensures alignment with business goals and delivers program results on time and within budget. It combines strategic oversight with hands-on product management and may include team management responsibilities based on organizational needs.

This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.

What you will be doing:

Program and Product Management

  • Lead complex programs that involve multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Manage the current product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with business strategy.
  • Guide iterative delivery through agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Lead regular product team meetings and track feature progress at the program and team levels using Kanban boards.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor resource capacity and adjust program plans as needed.

Leadership and Communication

  • Coordinate product strategy across internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain open, regular communication with stakeholders, including leadership, on product goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Reinforce and improve team processes to support productive and transparent collaboration.

Budget and Resource Oversight

  • Strategically align financial planning, headcount, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, management, or a related field; or commensurate experience.
  • 7+ years of professional development experience.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-wide programs using Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle platforms including: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) - Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS; Oracle SaaS ERP Cloud Platform; Oracle WebCenter Document Management Platform; Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM); Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Experience integrating Facility Management Systems with core enterprise platforms.
  • Expertise in managing cloud migrations and Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of business integration tools and software delivery practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management, with an ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, high-impact initiatives that span departments and functions.

Minimum qualifications:
