Salary: $432.85 / day Seaward Services is seeking a Second Mate for our Sea Fighter operation in Panama City FL (shoreside position). About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody Hornblower's RESPECT Service System. About the Opportunity: The Second Mate is a key member of the ship's command team, responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of the vessel in accordance with the highest standards in the passenger vessel industry. Reporting to the Chief Mate, the Second Mate assists in all aspects of shipboard operations including navigation, watchkeeping, safety drills, and cargo handling. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational readiness, training and supervising junior officers and crew, and ensuring exceptional service and integrity are extended to all guests and fellow crew members.
