*Description*
This position requires a lot of critical thinking, the daily responsibilities include: 1) Respond to customer's (borrowers & lenders) needs for system support and training. -Maintains proficient knowledge of products and services. -Processes all Dealer (Seller) implementations accurately and efficiently. -Prepares appropriate documents to be mailed to dealers (sellers) and provides follow-up when applicable. -Provides technical support to dealer (seller) and sales reps for all systems. 2) Set up and maintain accurate records in database. -Review new dealer (seller) due diligence documents to ensure contract compliance requirements. -Validates dealer implementation process. -Communicates with dealer (seller) and sales reps as needed to ensure error free implementation. -Scan and maintain all dealer documents through CEM. -Processes routine requests from sales reps such as DocuSign envelopes, billing changes and contacts updates. 3) Maintain security and integrity controls of customer data for lending and Decisioning criteria. -Maintain security and integrity controls of dealer (seller) and credit union data changes as requested from client. 4) Provide field representative support and assist with various department projects, as needed. -Support sales reps related to back office follow-up, special reports, letters or faxes to dealers. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* MUST HAVES: - Must be able to work 11:30-8:00pm Monday - Friday and at least every other Saturday -1-2 years of experience in a call center environment (want them in each role for 1-2+ years) - Must be able to work in office - Must have reliable transportation - Can't have any planned time off for first 90 days (Heavy training period and they will fall way behind) -Willing to learn/eager to find a career -Strong written and oral communication skills -Be able to work in a team environment -GED or High School Diploma -Looking for 3/5 candidates to be bilingual in Spanish and English NICE TO HAVE: -Previous experience working in a dealership or financial institution -Previous experience in a credit union -Direct experience with auto loans is a plus *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
