We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Analyst - Total Rewards to support the design, implementation, and analysis of compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs. This new role will support critical HR operations, systems optimization, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

What You'll Do

As the HR Analyst - Total Rewards, you will:

  • Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity reviews to support compensation decisions.
  • Maintain job classification systems, salary structures, and compensation databases.
  • Assist in administering annual merit, incentive, and recognition programs.
  • Develop and document standardized processes for compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment across HRIS (Workday) and other systems.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure consistent application of compensation methodologies.
  • Analyze employee engagement survey data related to Total Rewards and support response strategies.
  • Create communication materials and training content to enhance employee understanding of rewards and benefits.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor compensation trends and compliance metrics.
  • Assist with audits, regulatory filings, and internal governance reviews.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or related HR operations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools (e.g., Workday).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCP, PHR) preferred.

Location:This position is primarily remote but may require occasional on-site participation at our corporate offices in Minneapolis. As such, we are currently considering only Minnesota-based applicants.

Compensation:

68,848.00 - 99,820.00 USD Annual
