Location: Bridgewater, MA - Bridgewater State Hospital

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $100,000-$114,000/annually

The Program Director is responsible for:



  • Overseeing all programmatic operations and administrative functions for Spectrum Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) services at Bridgewater State Hospital (BSH).
  • Ensuring that Spectrum OTP services are compliant with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Promoting an atmosphere of customer service and service delivery excellence amongst staff, while employing sound business practices and quality improvement practices.


Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of a master's degree in nursing, social work, counseling, human services, business administration, public health, healthcare administration, or closely related field.
  • Two years of management and/or supervisory experience in a healthcare or behavioral health environment, preferably involving medication for addiction treatment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required; must have the ability to learn and use other computer programs as applicable to outpatient services
  • Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with patients, families, staff and regulatory agencies
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of business practices to lead, direct and evaluate operational activities, ability to develop budgets, policies and procedures, and to provide effective management of the overall service delivery.
