 POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving overall clinical services delivered to children residing in the Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) POSITION SALARY: $59,000 BONUS: $2,500 Sign-on Bonus!! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 Train Applied Behavioral Support (ABS) staff on behavioral/treatment plansManage a caseload of children and their families with tasks, including but not limited to:
  
   Formulating comprehensive assessments for assigned children and their families' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development and growthProviding regular individual and family therapy and participating as an active and available member of the overall treatment climateCreating, maintaining and supervising the behavior/treatment plan with active participation of all necessary team membersCommunicating with team members, clients, and their families, as well as outside agencies and referral sourcesConducting Functional Behavioral Analysis (FBAs), clinical interventions, as well as developing the necessary auxiliary materials to assist assigned clients in their treatment/behavioral goalsConduct Managed Care Organizations (MCO) reviews including clinical reviews of assigned children, family involvement, home visits, and family therapy for the families on their caseloadCreate and maintain contemporaneous documentation of therapeutic sessions and treatment progressPerform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), crisis intervention and medication administration using agency-trained protocolsPerform other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: 
 Master's degree in psychology with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) focus. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eligible or BCBA licensed preferredFour (4) years of experience developing and providing therapeutic interventions to children and youth on the Autism SpectrumDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a teamDemonstrated strong time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated excellent judgment with the ability to independently solve problems and make decisions with little or no need for direct supervisionDemonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actionsMust be able to perform CPR, and medication administration using agency-trained protocols and perform crisis intervention protocolMust possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; report-writer experience preferredKnowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferredMust possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record Equal Opportunity Employer
