The Opportunity: UCF's Student Success and Well-Being (SSWB) HR Business Center is currently seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator ll to join their team! This position provides direct HR support for managers and employees in delivering HR services using a working knowledge of all applicable policies and procedures and leveraging Workday to complete transactions. Additionally, the HR Coordinator II fields questions on HR practices and strategies and/or escalates to HR Partner or HR Director. The position also provides broad Workday expertise and process support. HR Coordinators may support all employee types, or have a more dedicated focus for supporting staff, faculty, students, temporaries, grad assistants or postdocs. Responsibilities:
