Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay $37.00 - $43.00+ per hour (based on experience) Premiums $1.00/hour Lead Premium $1.00/hour CDL Premium (for valid CDL-A or CDL-B holders) Tool Allowance $125/month Perks Annual boot voucher Company-provided uniforms Stay-on bonuses Regular wage increases Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise and support swing shift mechanics Assign tasks and monitor progress Lead daily safety talks and enforce safety policies Shop Operations Prioritize and assign repairs Manage shift coverage and break schedules Oversee work orders and vehicle condition reports Fleet Maintenance Diagnose and repair diesel, electrical, hydraulic, and brake systems Use diagnostic tools (e.g., Cummins INSITE, Davie-4, Allison DOC) Perform preventative maintenance and MIG welding Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment Qualifications 3+ years of diesel or heavy truck repair experience Proficient with diagnostic software and basic computer skills Must have personal tools and toolbox Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments CDL A or B preferred (not required) Welding experience is a plus Strong communication and leadership skills Safety-Sensitive Role This is a safety-sensitive position.
