Principales responsabilites
- Stimuler les ventes et etablir des relations: Atteindre les objectifs de vente et depasser les attentes en creant des liens durables avec les clients. Aider les nouveaux clients et les clients existants a trouver des produits qui repondent a leurs besoins
* Devenir un expert en vision: Offrir des conseils personnalises et recommander des solutions de lunettes adaptees au mode de vie et aux preferences de chaque client
* Apprendre et evoluer: Ameliorer vos competences grace a une formation pratique et collaborer avec des professionnels experimentes pour offrir un service de qualite superieure.
* Collaborer et contribuer: Travailler en etroite collaboration avec votre equipe et votre direction pour maintenir un environnement positif et favorable ou chacun contribue a la reussite
* Creer une atmosphere accueillante au magasin: Garder le magasin propre, organise et visuellement attrayant, en veillant a ce que les clients beneficient d'une experience d'achat fluide
* Favoriser l'inclusion et le respect: Cultiver un environnement inclusif et respectueux pour les clients et les collegues
Ce que nous recherchons:
- Passion pour le service a la clientele: L'experience en vente au detail ou en service a la clientele est un atout, mais votre enthousiasme a aider les autres et a creer d'excellentes experiences est essentiel.
* Sens des ventes: Prosperer dans un environnement dynamique, en utilisant vos competences en communication pour fideliser les clients et stimuler les ventes.
* Maitrise de la technologie et souci du detail: Aisance a utiliser la technologie pour permettre aux clients de profiter d'une bonne experience d'achat sans faille. - La mode: Un vif interet pour les lunettes et les tendances de la mode, avec la capacite d'aider les clients a trouver leur look parfait.
* Motivation personnelle et adaptabilite: Rester motive et resilient, s'adapter aux environnements trepidants et toujours rechercher des occasions d'apprendre et de grandir.
