Job Title: Regional Business Development ManagerReporting To: GVPWork Schedule: Hybrid - Torrance, CAMoog's Military Aircraft Group is seeking a Southern California Regional Business Development Manager who will be responsible for account management, business development and business capture efforts for Moog Military Aircraft Group. You will focus on growing relationships with key strategic customers (both existing and new), the development of new markets and customers for existing technologies, and broadening the group's sales opportunities through management of products, programs, and key initiatives across multiple sales channels. Internally, you will play a key role in the development of division sales strategies through a strong understanding of customers and market drivers that influence our technology and products. The role is also responsible for internal communication & processes that enhance win probabilities and ensure world-class customer satisfaction. This is a full-time hybrid position in our Torrance, California office. The role requires regular regional travel to customers. Salary Range Transparency: Torrance, CA $170,000.00-$220,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
