Position: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Overview:

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a key member of the Ampcus Cyber Inc. executive team, responsible for the strategy, execution, and alignment of all revenue-generating functions. The CRO will oversee Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnership functions to accelerate revenue growth, protect and increase market share, and ensure ambitious revenue goals are achieved within the dynamic cybersecurity landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies that encompass direct sales, marketing, channel development, and customer success.
    • Champion a data-driven, analytics-focused approach to forecasting, reporting, and optimizing revenue performance.


  • Sales & Business Development

    • Oversee and scale high-performing sales organizations, setting clear targets and driving team accountability.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities and market segments within the U.S. cybersecurity sector.
    • Lead contract negotiations and the structuring of strategic deals.


  • Market Positioning & Growth

    • Lead efforts to monitor the cybersecurity landscape, adapt to emerging threats, and ensure Ampcus Cyber's solutions remain best-in-class.
    • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market reach and grow new revenue streams.
    • Drive innovation in go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product positioning specific to the U.S. market.


  • Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Unite Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams around clear, measurable goals.
    • Collaborate with product management to ensure client needs and market trends directly inform solution enhancements.


  • Customer Success & Retention

    • Foster a customer-centric culture, enhancing satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
    • Ensure an outstanding client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.


  • Team Leadership & Culture

    • Build, lead, and inspire diverse teams to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
    • Cultivate a high-performance, innovative, and ethical culture reflective of Ampcus Cyber's values.




Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive responsibility within revenue-generating roles (Sales, Business Development, or Marketing) in IT or cybersecurity services.
  • Proven track record of building and leading revenue teams to meet/exceed goals in the U.S. market.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity industry trends, client needs, regulatory environments, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and data-driven revenue optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
