CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Nights - Monday to Thursday | 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM | Overtime available on Fridays if needed

What You'll Do:

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and setup instructions
• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and saws with minimal supervision
• Perform tool changes, deburring, and in-process quality checks
• Adjust programs and machine settings as needed to maintain part precision
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other tools to inspect tolerances
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience or equivalent trade/vocational training
• Ability to read blueprints and operate measuring tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently on a night shift schedule
