Maintenance Manager

Staffmark is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our client's team in Trotwood, OH. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations of facilities and equipment. Pay: $90,000-$110,000/year

Schedule: 1st Shift | On-call evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors
• Plan, schedule, and oversee building, equipment, and systems maintenance
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies
• Track maintenance budgets, expenses, and purchasing of supplies
• Maintain documentation of repairs, warranties, and inspections
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and coordinate emergency repairs
• Partner with operations, engineering, and safety teams to improve uptime and reliability

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory role
• Prior Maintenance Manager or startup environment experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Familiar with CMMS and maintenance tracking tools
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies and after-hours needs
• Relevant certifications a plus
