Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Clean Room Operator to join a leading medical device design and manufacturing company in Charlottesville, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an innovative team and gain hands-on experience in the medical manufacturing field.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Package products for sterilization according to operating procedures.
  • Perform inspections of products and labels to ensure quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Pull materials and complete work orders accurately.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support the Disposables Department and assist with other duties as needed.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with good close vision.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work effectively as part of a team.
