Overview Element has an opportunity for a Senior EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) Test Engineer at our Tempe, AZ location. This role is ideal for an experienced EMI/EMC professional with a deep understanding of MIL-STD-461, RTCA/DO-160, and advanced test techniques such as HIRF and reverberation chamber testing. The Senior EMI Engineer will lead complex test programs, mentor junior engineers, and serve as a technical authority for EMI/EMC testing within the lab. Salary: $100,000- $140,000 yr DOE Responsibilities
Lead the planning, setup, and execution of EMI/EMC tests for aerospace and defense programs in accordance with MIL-STD-461 and DO-160
