Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager of Environmental Care, the Supervisor is responsible for delivering quality and reliable services to the JHH community that includes patients, families, health care providers, researchers, staff and visitors. The Environmental Care Supervisor is responsible for developing daily priorities to achieve departmental objectives and goals and to support the programmatic and fiscal strategies for the department. Education Requirement: Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred. Years of Experience and Skills: Five years of environmental services operations or related work experience in a unionized, multiuse facility environment is required. 1 year of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environmental care services environment preferred. Skills: Salary Range: Minimum $22.98/hour - Maximum $40.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
