USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receiving Supervisor to join our Distribution Team. This position will be located in our Cranbury, NJ location.

Job Type: Salary, Full time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the receiving department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound materials.

Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates; set clear expectations and monitor performance.

Verify all incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, and logistics teams to resolve receiving discrepancies and maintain efficient workflows.

Oversee equipment usage (e.g., reach trucks, forklifts), ensuring safety protocols and maintenance standards are met.

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe receiving area; enforce safety and operational procedures.

Support inventory control processes, including tagging, labeling, and stocking materials in designated storage areas.

Assist with staffing, scheduling, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or receiving role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

* Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, inventory software).

* Certified or experienced in operating reach trucks and sit-down forklifts.

* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
