Apply Working Locations Kent , Washington , United States Pay Range $32.00 - $33.00 per hour Job Details Primary Responsibilities Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff. Manage the daily collection and reconciliation of delivery and sales routes; provide reconciliation back-up to processors as needed. Verify daily bank deposits and daily invoice posting. Create and distribute required reporting such as outstanding invoices. Field daily retail delivery/invoice inquiries, implement timely responses and resolutions. Maintain orderly records of route invoices to ensure expedient retrieval. Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations. Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times. Key Competencies Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Experience with an AS400 system Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective organizational and time management skills Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, 10 key, and banking deposits People Management Manage the Recon Department staff. Work Environment This job operates indoors, in an office setting Physical Demands Lift/Carry & Push/Pull up to 20 lbs. Bend/Stoop/Crouch/Squat Use arms/wrists/hands/grasp throughout entire shift Work indoors in a sedentary office setting Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days/hours of work vary & may include overtime as necessary. Must be available to work both weekend days. Travel None Required Education and Experience Minimum of 18 years of age Minimum six (6) months data entry or accounting experience Preferred Education and Experience Experience leading a team preferred. Minimum two (2) years reconciliation accounting experience required Compensation Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
