Part-Time GED Proctor

Job Description:

ADULT EDUCATION: PART-TIME PEARSON VUE GED EXAM TEST PROCTOR

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Assist with proctoring the GED exam

a. Testing Proctors maintain secure testing materials and ensure compliance with the program's legal and administrative requirements

b. Requires proctor training and certification with Pearson VUE GED
c. Requires technological skills to use multiple online and software systems on multiple electronic devices, providing directions and scripts in the Examiners Manual.
d. Monitors testing, enforces time limits and security breaches and ensures that all protocols are followed.

• Input testing data and run reports.

a. Provide updates to various testing calendars

b. Prepares facilities for test administration and ensures testing compliance.

c. Checks in and performs security clearance for testing candidates.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay: Hourly - $30

Clearances:

• Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance.
• Tuberculosis Skin Test.

Public Health Compliance

• Must follow safety and health protocols.
