Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our (Denver) office, you will be enabling and managing the demand planning team to provide a robust demand planning process that challenges the current ways of thinking and incorporates the global scale. The role will focus on ways to improve accuracy, efficiency, and efficacy based on business needs and supply chain performance with cross-functional collaboration. The role will require the ability to drive accountability, deliver results, and will be responsible for key performance indicators and reporting such as forecast accuracy, global alignment, capacity planning, and supply chain visibility.

Keys to Success

  • Accountable for the global and domestic demand plans while ensuring information flow across all relevant business units and regions - ownership and oversight
  • Analyzing data: identifying trends and forecasting needs to provide insight, and thereby contributing to the management of financial performance
  • Lead the identification of opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth with improved accuracy
  • Managing the regional forecast requirements while considering the global business needs
  • Drive accountability into the demand planning process to ensure global alignment and improved forecast accuracy
  • Mentor and coach the team to enable next level analytics and progress

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This role has supervisory responsibilities and will oversee a Demand Planner, at this time.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • BA/BS Degree is required
  • 8+ years of progressive demand planning experience
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Proven analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Distinguished people leader
  • ERP demand planning experience required (Oracle VCP/DMC a plus)
  • Strong BI capabilities with demonstrated system experience (Power BI preferred)
  • Passion for technical product understanding
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • 10% travel - 1-2 global trips per year
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Pay & Benefits



  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000
  • Bonus Eligible
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
