Provides leadership and promotes collaboration with internal and external team members. Works cooperatively with primary care team(s) and support staff to provide direct patient care. Provides clinical expertise and mentoring for clinical staff. Supports the overall vision of patient center medical home by achieving a positive balance of healthcare quality, cost outcomes and patient satisfaction within specific teams. Accountable for the patient experience throughout the health care system. Ensures appropriate standards of care are implemented and in compliance with all state and federal regulations, standards of practice, corporate policies and procedures. Primary Responsibilities:

Working Conditions/Requirements: Normal clinic environment. Ability to pass respirator fit test and wear protective mask as deemed by OptumCare NV in the course of work at the clinic. Moderate to heavy phone and computer use. May float to other Southwest Medical (SMA) or Optum locations. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
